Students in Year 13 are so excited to express just how important your support has been for them this year! They’ve found their gap year experience a source of stability and assurance in the gospel … as they’ve learned about mission, ministry, and serving God even through the pandemic.

In the early part of lockdown, you helped the Year 13 team adapt quickly to new regulations, with online Zoom classes, a fresh focus on reading challenging Christian literature, and community building (including online baking sessions!).

More recently, the cohort has begun to meet back in person again, with online options available for anyone needing to practice social distancing.

Year 13 student Kiran says that your support has been so special for him and his classmates this year …

“Year 13 has helped me grow in my faith by surrounding me with many people my age who are also focused on God, all coming from different places and upbringings. It is a real encouragement to be able to share with one another.”

Another student, Nikita, is also incredibly thankful for generous friends like you and for how vital Year 13 has been, especially in this season …

“Year 13 has been better than I could ever imagine … I can safely say that if I didn’t have Year 13 during lockdown, I would have gone mad!”

“The staff did an amazing job at changing things very quickly and moving classes onto Zoom. This was very helpful during lockdown because it meant we were still able to keep learning and engaging with the Bible as a group.”

Thank you for generously impacting this generation of young people with God’s love – what an incredible difference you’re making!
