The Children’s Ministry Collective aims to connect Children’s Ministers in order to grow together in practical ministry applications as you serve in your local church.

Across the course of the year the collective will tackle a number of different practical ministry topics — e.g. Kids’ Spots, Partnering with Families, Under 5s Ministry, Recruiting and Retaining Leaders.

Each topic will have three Zoom sessions which are intended to be a facilitated discussion around the particular topic/ministry area where you can share ideas, raise questions and discuss the topic together.

These will be directed by Youthworks Children’s Ministry Advisors but entirely shaped by the questions you bring. You are welcome to attend one, two or all three of the zoom sessions for each topic as suits your availability.

Any resources produced or shared as a result of each topic will be aimed at helping you put into practice one aspect of the ministry area being discussed that month.

Please note that these are intended for Children’s Ministers or those leading a children’s ministry, as opposed to children’s ministry leader.
