You’re equipping workers like Elizabeth for the harvest

Thanks to the support of friends like you, Elizabeth Falckh is one of 76 recent graduates from Youthworks College.

Already serving in ministry, Elizabeth found her online studies invaluable in further equipping her for her children’s ministry role at Camden Haven Anglican. She grew enormously in her own faith as she gained a deeper understanding of Scripture.

But your support of students like Elizabeth has impacts far beyond their personal walk with Jesus.

Elizabeth says one main benefit is really understanding how to read God’s Word and put that into her teaching ministry to children each week:

“It’s not just theoretical, because it touches on the real heart issues of what the passages are talking about … my training has taught me to read God’s Word with what he wants to tell us, but then be able to translate that into something that primary school children would understand.”

Elizabeth recommends studying at Youthworks College as a great opportunity to grow in faith and service:

It is so worthwhile an investment of your time and efforts for the growth in you and the growth in what you’re able to do for God in the church.”

And it’s with your help that one of Elizabeth’s heartfelt prayers can be answered: that more people would be able to grasp God’s vision of the importance of teaching and discipling the next generation, and of sharing God’s love with children everywhere.

At the recent graduation ceremony, Youthworks College Principal Rev. Mike Dicker said that gathering in person was a gracious gift from God because …

“… it’s a physical manifestation of the harvest workers who are heading out into the world equipped for ministering the gospel to children and young people.”

Thank you for helping make it possible for Elizabeth and many others to be equipped for the harvest!
