The Guest Relations Coordinator has responsibility for coordinating the elements of the day-to-day onsite details to create a seamless guest experience. This includes but is not limited to hosting guest groups, overseeing employee management, facilitating meal service, maintaining open lines of communication between stakeholders, and reviewing guest feedback.

Guest relations includes the principles, practices, and guidelines that Youthworks follows when maintaining a relationship with our guests and the way in which we treat them.

The Weekend Supervisor is responsible for overseeing Youthworks’ Guest Services & FOH staff members, to deliver high quality and professional service to our guests, as well as liaising with guest groups and other Youthworks departments.

Oversee and have responsibility for all catering operations.
