The People and Safety Coordinator is responsible for assisting the People and Safety Manager with the operational functions (human resource management, work health and safety responsibilities, and administration.

The position assists the People and Safety Team in ensuring that Youthworks complies with external regulatory and legal requirements as well as Youthworks’ internal policies and procedures. The position also assists in the activities of the People and Safety Team, to enable Youthworks to meet its ministry and business objectives in line with the Strategic plan.
